1 cup of dark, fresh cherries
1 cup of plain yoghurt
1 small clove of garlic (crushed)
1/4 Teaspoon of salt

Garnish with coriander or parsley


1. Wash the cherries and remove the pits
2. Cut the cherries lengthwise
3. Crush the garlic and mix with the salt and the cherries

Serve with chopped parsley or coriander on the top
