AFGHANI SALAD

INGREDIENTS :

1/2 bunch coriander
1/2 head of Romaine lettuce
1/2 head of lettuce
1/2 bunch of green onions
2 medium size tomatoes
1 medium size cucumber
5 red raadshes

Dressing:
1 1/2 medium size lemon (juice)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
pinch of salt
1 jalepeno pepper (optional)

PREPARATION :

1. Wash all of the vegetables
2. chop all of the lettuce, green onions, tomatoes, radishes and the chili pepper and put into a small bowl.
3. Peel the cucumber and cut it into 4 pieces.
4 Use a knife to cut 1/4 inch thick strips, 3 inches long, from the cucumber. dispose of the part that contains the seeds. Put the cucumber strips into a bowl.
5. Mix all of the ingredients together and pour the salad dressing on the top.

Serve with naan or pita bread
