GINGER TEA - CHAI-E-ZANJAFEEL

INGREDIENTS :

3 tsp. of green tea
2 tbsp. of sugar
2-3 tsp. of ground ginger
1 tbsp. of walnuts - very finely chopped or ground
3 1/2 cups of water

PREPARATION :

Bring 3 1/2 cups of water to a boil in a pan, then add the tea and the sugar. Continue boiling for about 2 minutes, then strain.

Pour the tea back into the pan and add the ground ginger and walnuts.

Bring to a boil again for about 2 more minutes.
