CHOCOLATE AFGHAN COOKIES

INGREDIENTS :

200 g. of butter
75 g. of sugar
175 g. of flour
25 g. cocoa
50 g. of corn flakes
chocolate icing

PREPARATION :

Soften butter, add sugar and beat to a cream.

Add flour, cocoa and the cornflakes.

Put small quantities of the mixture onto a greased oven tray with a spoon and bake about 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

After cooling down, spread chocolate icing on top and place half of a walnut on the top.
