2 pounds of lamb ribs


1/2 yellow onion (small), sliced
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground coriander seeds
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil


1. Cut the lamb ribs into 4-5 inch pieces
2. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together. Put the ribs into he marinade and cover. Put the ribs in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
3. Cook the ribs on a BBQ grill over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
